2. صعوبات التنمية الأساسية & Technical Countermeasures

صعوبة 1: Slim Square Housing Balances Large Screen & 300mAh Battery Capacity

نقطة الألم: Clients require ultra-narrow bezel 1.9-inch large IPS screen, meanwhile retain slim lightweight body, and install 300mAh large-capacity battery inside limited inner space, which easily causes shell bulging, poor screen fitting and insufficient endurance.

الحلول:

Adopt stacked miniaturized internal layout; optimize battery thickness by customized thin lithium polymer cell; precisely adjust frame injection molding tolerance to achieve seamless screen assembly. Equip intelligent power-saving algorithm to maximize battery performance without thickening watch body.

صعوبة 2: Stable 24-hour Continuous Heart Rate Monitoring Under Sports Vibration

نقطة الألم: Daily walking, running and jumping will generate strong wrist vibration, leading to heart rate sensor light deviation, unstable real-time data and false abnormal heart rate alerts.

الحلول:

Dual red-green dual-light optical sensor design; add anti-vibration signal filtering algorithm to filter sports interference signals; set multi-level threshold reminder logic to guarantee accurate 24/7 heart rate tracking day and night.

صعوبة 3: IP68 Waterproof Sealing for Integrated Rotary Button & Mic Hole

نقطة الألم: The watch is equipped with a functional rotary side button and built-in microphone for Bluetooth calls. Multiple opening positions increase the risk of water seepage, hard to reach IP68 full waterproof standard.

الحلول:

Multi-layer rubber waterproof sealing ring for rotary button; micro-hydrophobic breathable film covered on mic hole; secondary ultrasonic bonding process for watch case joint gap, realizing normal use under rain, hand washing and shallow water splashing.

صعوبة 4: Mass Sports Modes & Multi-Function Smooth Operation Under Low-Consumption Chip

نقطة الألم: The watch integrates 100+ sports modes, sleep tracking, weather push, music control, alarm clock, chronograph, remote camera and offline local storage. Limited chip computing power easily causes system stuttering and fast power drain.

الحلول:

Lightweight modular system architecture, classify background function dormant strategy; independent local memory chip for MP3 & offline data storage to reduce Bluetooth transmission power loss; optimize touch response frequency to balance fluency and power consumption.

صعوبة 5: Multi-Color Appearance Uniform Surface Craft & Mass Production Consistency

نقطة الألم: Five color variants (black, gold, blue, silver, white) adopt metal electroplating shell, different color materials lead to inconsistent surface gloss, color difference and scratch resistance in mass production.

الحلول:

Unified substrate pretreatment process; color-specific electroplating parameter calibration for each version; scratch-resistant surface coating added after coloring, strictly implement full appearance inspection standard during mass production.
